Second year using this service, and extremely pleased.
First year was a matter of getting control of the weeds and re-claiming the mature shrubs.
They are always polite and courteous.
Twice they have blown off the leaves in my yard for their chemicals to better do the job. When I offered to pay, they refused.

UPDATE: Terminated relationship, and significantly reduced may ratings after three years.
Ended relationship due to persistent "nut grass" in my yard, despite repeated complaints over two years, and
due to failure to aerate my yard in 2014 and 2015 despite repeated assurance that it would get done.
aeration was very important due to prolonged construction crews compacting my soil.
Nice guys, but not very much on follow through...

Qual Chem does a fine job. They know theirstuff and are very professional.

We had used them for about a year and noticed that the yard was becoming overrun with weeds. It became so bad that we had to resod the entire front yard. They blame the problem on irrigation. I told the company that I was no longer going to be using them and that they had ruined my yard. They begged for a chance to "make things right". I gave them two chances. They proceeded to service the yard even after I told them that was it after those two "make up chances". Now they are trying to bill me for all of the services for which I had previously dismissed them from providing. When I confronted the provider over the situation, he began to yell and use profanity.
