I hired this vendor for two different buildings. He was to provide flashing. His work was minimal, but worse, was that what he did do, make things worse! He charged about $1,500 for one building and looking back probably was 2 hours of work. Another was $1,000 for about the same. I was not on site. The guy comes across professional, and because he had past military experience, I trusted him more than I should have. Bottom line was that he was incompetent.
