Auto Locksmith Service
Refused to honor her contract with my insurance company, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for 2.5 hours with my 2 small children. It was 34 degrees outdoors and the morning after Thanksgiving.
There were no other providers available because my insurance company thinks Pop-A-Lock has them covered.
Also, the owner was very obviously happy about neglecting our needs, wanting to cause us worry and anger.
Please avoid this company. Don't give her business. She doesn't deserve it.

It was the morning after Christmas but they had someone out to our house within 20 minutes. Price was as quoted over the phone, no surprises. Will definitely call them in the future when needed.

I was locked out of my house when a breeze slammed shut the only open door in my house - with the door knob in the locked position. The woman who took my call said someone would be out in approximately 25 minutes; I think he arrived in 15. For that alone I give them an A-plus! The locksmith was professional and sympathetic to my plight. I was back in my house within 30 minutes.
