It was the morning after Christmas but they had someone out to our house within 20 minutes. Price was as quoted over the phone, no surprises. Will definitely call them in the future when needed.

I was locked out of my house when a breeze slammed shut the only open door in my house - with the door knob in the locked position. The woman who took my call said someone would be out in approximately 25 minutes; I think he arrived in 15. For that alone I give them an A-plus! The locksmith was professional and sympathetic to my plight. I was back in my house within 30 minutes.
