My deliverer Mr. William Davis was professional and friendly. He was very accommodating to us. I would definitely recommend (PODS) moving and storage; for any storage or moving needs you may have. Any time I requested a pick up/relocate/delivery it was always fulfilled within 3 days(max) at the end of my last rental term I requested the POD be picked up & returned to the facility. I was told the earliest date would be in 14 days. I was assured I would not be charged any additional fees due to this delay & it was going to be noted in my account. Well, the day before the scheduled pick up date I started receiving notices of balance due in the amount of another monthly rental term ($275). After several attempts to collect payment I was able to speak to a PODS agent & told to email my correspondence with the pods agent assuring I would not be billed. I never received a response and randomly get charged the ($275) during my active rental term PODS did a prior authorization 24 hours before payment being debited. Not only did that not happen this time but the payment was charged to an account that was not my default payment method. I tried contacting PODS several times regarding this unauthorized charge to an unauthorized account but no response so I had to contact my bank and go that route.
