Quarterly contract. I have used them at my rental properties. They are really good with scheduling. The pricing not so much. No problems. Good quality of their work. No complaints from tenants. They are pretty courteous.

Couldn't have asked for better customer service! We needed to get our home my mother-in-law lives in protected from termites and they were great start to finish in communicating with me and my mother-in-law. Made everything very easy. They treated our home with a liquid barrier treatment with a 10 year warranty. They were a little more expensive on the initial investment than another company, but their customer service made up for it and provided me with confidence the job would be done right and I had nothing to worry about. Look forward to working with them in the future.

I refused to pay as absolutely nothing that was done resolved my problem. Traps should have been placed so any squirrel leaving the hole would be caught. I spoke to the Chuck the manager and told him I was completely dissatisfied. His response was that I signed a contract and I had to pay. He was unwilling to negotiate any type of settlement. Chase Collins their wildlife expert that came twice apologized for the way the situation was handled and acted in a reasonable and professional manner. He felt that the company should have done more to solve the problem. They may be a decent pest company for bugs; however, they showed total incompetence in removing squirrels from my attic and leaving me with the same problem I had when I called them. I could not recommend them and I suspect I will see them in court which I will hate. I have served as a VP of Marketing for two Fortune 500 companies that go the distance to satisfy their customers. This company doesn't get it and I still have the pests.

I recommend Peachtree Pest Control. I have been using their services for eight years. They come and spray. I am happy with their services, I have not seen any bugs. Prices are reasonable. They are timely. I will continue to use their services.
