Animal Grooming
Had used the business 3 times in the past year. Each time the appointment was scheduled, owner would call to cancel and reschedule because of vehicle problem or personal problem. I discussed this on the last visit and was assured would not happen again. This past week called and scheduled appointment for April 21st at 10 AM. At about 9 AM Brian, the owner, called and said he needed to cancel and reschedule. I reminded him that he had done this on all 3 previous appointments and told him to just forget it. He responded " BLANK it, I didn't like coming to your gated community anyway" and hung up. Guess he won't be doing my 3 dogs again. What a loser!!
