Painter Graham Inc

I would never use this painter again. He was dishonest and caused me $8,000 in roofing repairs due to putting nail holes in my roof for his toe hitches. I have all the proof and witnessed this with my own eyes. He denied and said he would meet the roofer at my home to discuss, but has been MIA and won't return calls now.

This painter was a subcontractor on a remodel, but I am hiring him independently to paint additional rooms.  They are fast, polite; clean up after themselves and do a good job.  Need to follow behind them to make sure everything is painted, as they have a tendency to miss spots like door jambs, etc.

I would never use this guy again.  He is unprofessional, incompetent, dishonest and did a poor job. My contractor took the financial hit for the damage that his crew did at my house. Frankly, I did not want to fill this survey out because I do not want to be reminded of him.  

Frank, the owner, always met with me personally. I was coming from Atlanta so my time was short but he was always very prompt. He spent a lot of time discussing the colors and had a wall painted for me to approve before he did the rest of the house. The crew did a very good job and Frank had them return for a few minor adjustments later. I was very pleased with my experience with this company in general.

Mr. Graham came out first and got all the information about painting.(what needed doing, colors, etc.) Then, he sent a young man, Troy Parrish, to mud the ceilings and walls. He did an excellent job, very professional, and was careful about the floors and furnishings. When Troy finished, Mr. Graham and several of his painters, James and George came out and began painting. They increased the number of painters as needed, depending on the job. All of the men were extremely pleasant, professional, accommodating, and a joy to have in my home. It's always difficult to have work done in your home, but it is so much easier, when the workers know what they are doing, and are so courteous!. I really can't say enough about the exceptional job that was done! I will have them back to paint the exterior of my house.
