If I could give a rating higher than A, I would. Travis Lundy gave us the highest possible service in quality, responsiveness, price, punctuality and professionalism but most of all... PEACE OF MIND tonight when he answered his phone after hours and took on the unique situation of a swarm of bees. I'm sure he was on his way home to dinner, but he immediately took on our college daughter's problem and solved it with the utmost professionalism and caring attitude. What a wonderful world we live in with people like Travis Lundy. Thank you so very much!

Their prices are good and the treatment is very effective. They are very courteous and respectful when they have to come inside my home. They are all around a good and professional company. I would use them again in the future.

It's a small company. It's an individually owned company, not one of those biggies. I've had other big company before but I'm really satisfied with New River. I use to use one of the big companies and I was very dissatisfied. Their price is excellent. I don't have any bugs so I guess the quality pretty good. They come out exactly when they say their coming and they call beforehand. They call the night before their coming and they are always on time. It's a privately owned small company and they do excellent job.
