Moss Curtain Motors - Savannah

I was referred to this company by my son's barber!  We were talking about the fact that I had just been burned by a dealership and I really was not interested in buying a car from a BIG dealership again.  In addition, by being burned by the big dealership, my credit score took a nose dive, so I was interested in a "buy here, pay here" place!  The first day that I was greeted by the staff at Moss Curtain, I felt a little uneasy, but Cody was so nice and professional that my stomach felt alot better.  I didn't want to feel like the dealership was cheesy, and I certainly was not going to tolerate them making me feel like I was a low class person because I couldn't go to the big dealership again!.  I test drove the care that I wanted the next day, then I asked them if my father could test drive the car and he did.  After the paperwork was completed, I drove off with the car two days later.  About a month later, my service engine soon light came on, then as I was driving I noticed that my air conditioner stopped blowing air!  In Savannah, in July, that is a SIN!  I called Moss Curtain and asked them if I was supposed to call the car warranty place or was I supposed to take it to them first to have them reimburse me.  I was assured by the staff that whatever the problem was that they would take care of it and to drop off the car that same day.  I asked them if they could take me to work, and they said, oh don't worry about it, we will just give you one of our loaner cars!  I was stunned that they would do that because again, I stated that this was a smaller auto dealership!   About 5pm, on a Friday, they called to tell me that my car was ready.  I informed them that I did not get off work until 10pm, so they could leave it there and I would come and pick it up the next day.  The owner then said that's okay, we'll drive the car to you, and then pick up the loaner.  In a matter of a half-an hour, one of them walked in with my keys and told me to have a good weekend.
