They were here within three days of the insurance company giving the okay.

They were the lowest price out of three bids. They not only were the lowest price but the best product for the region.

They always come in and do a great job! they clean up and check up on us all the time. twice a year and if you have problems they come in and help!

We ended up going with a different company that had a better and much higher rating on Angie's List that did a great job, at a lower cost on same system and quickly completed the project.

The customer service is exceptional. The answering service is very good. Very professional and makes the customer feel that their problem is important. With any call we have had great service persons. They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions even if they are asked for information the second time. This company also does our maintenance for both units. We trust them and that is very important.

From the Beginning, I found all staff to be helpul and informative. I was able to discuss options to my current wholehouse filtration system with the co. owner. He and I discussed several system options. I decided to keep the current system based upon our discussion and my finances.
Then, I scheduled the service for next day (I was off from work ), based upon a convenient time.
I received notice of when repair tech was to arrive. Since he finished up early on the previous job, he arrived at the beginning of the expected 2 hours periord (A BONUS)!
After measuring the AprilAire filter, he placed an order for that part. While we waited for that to be delivered, he cleaned the outside unit as well as the upstairs coils. (I had used a different company a year or so ago. I do not remember them being as thorough, altho' I may be mistaken. )
The company delivered the two filters for me by the end of his cleaning. He installed the part, and was set, within 1.5 hours (possiblly sooner?) At any rate, I was very satisfied wtih the manner in which the repairperson cleaned as he went, leaving no mess behind. He put hoses back as found and was very neat with the job.
He answered my brief quesitons, when I needed to get the filters installed at the same time, and contacted his office to deliver the parts. And, when I asked the office to double the # of filters, so I would have an immediate back-up, they were very pleasant to work with.
All in all a terrific experience.

They were great. They were perfect. They did one for my daughter too and hers went great too. It was just a very positive experience. They came when they said they would come. The price was reasonable. It worked perfectly and I'm very satisfied with what they did. This was a new company for me and I had not used them before. The overall job was great. They were on time, they were polite and neat. They did their job and left. It was very easy to deal with them. Everything was very good. I got several estimates and they were the best in price.
