Maloney's Landscape Management

Maloney's crew does what they are paid to do:  mowing, trimming, blowing, etc.  However, they also completely tore down an adult fig tree that was fruit producing.  I watched out my office window as one of the workers continued to rip it out of the grown because a limb was tangled in the top bar of the mower.  They were never on a set schedule (or at least one that was provided to the customer) so I never knew exactly when they would or would not show up.  Additionally it was agreed upon that service would be performed monthly, but there were some months when service was performed more than the agreed upon amount and without my consent.  Although the owner would say something else, if he would have looked at the billing, there would have been no argument that the service was indeed only agreed upon for once per month.  There are other things I could mention, but I think you get the idea of the overall service just from the items that are mentioned.  I will not use them again nor would I recommend them.

Maloney's first visit went very well. They will re-sod my lawn and perform other landscape services. They want to do a good job and work  with their customers.

See above they did poorly!

If they are not going to show up they will call. They do a good job. If I want something done, I let the guys know and they can usually do it. They show up when they say they will.

It is $60 a visit. They do excellent work. The yard looks great. They are willing to do any extra that we ask them to do. They never leave a mess.

They are very trustworthy. They have a key to my gate they come in get the work done and leave. They are very reasonable with their prices and very efficient.
