LUV-N-ARMS OF SAVANNAH INC

Decided to use this daycare because of its extended hours.  Spoke with the director and she was very nice and very accommodating with our schedule.  After 1 1/2 weeks, I went to pick up my 15 month old son and the worker who answered the door told me he was in the other room with the second worker.  When I went to that room, the second worker told me that the director had my son with her and she would call and let her know I was there to pick him up.  The second worker then called the director, who was out picking up two other children and had decided to bring my child along without my permission, and told her I was waiting.  After waiting 15 min for them to arrive, the director walked in and started telling me about how much fun my son had that day.  Never said anything about where they had been or why she had taken him.  When I asked where she went, she explained that she figured I'd want him to nap when we got home so she took him with her so he'd stay awake.  Never apologized or saw anything wrong with her actions.  I took my child and his things and never returned.  My husband had to quit his job till he could find something that fit in normal daycare hours.  
Also, while waiting on them to arrive, there was a toddler in a third room in a crib crying that was ignored by both workers and there were two infants sleeping in their carseats.  The other children were watching TV, which was always on anytime I picked up or dropped off my son.
