Joe Lawler provided various landscaping work at my house on 6/10/14, all of which had a one year warranty. After one month, 2.5 pallets of St Augustine sod died, even though we had taken care of it per instructions. Joe told us to reapply bug killer and wait a month, which we did. After a month, he would not return phone calls for a few weeks so we found him one day in the neighborhood and talked to him and said we wanted it fixed. Later on we called and he said he was going to replace the shrub and send a sample to UGA for analysis in 3 or 4 days. Two weeks later and he has not done what he promised. We are very disappointed and are out over $600 for the sod and shrub.

On 11/11/14, we called him with a different cellphone and he answered. He gave a lot of excuses, did not say he was going to fix anything and told us never to call him again. Later on that evening, we got a call from home advisor saying that he wanted to fix the situation. He fixed the situation tour satisfaction.

I consider them as my lawn people now. Ever since I found them on Angie's List I have used them. Their price seems to be very reasonable. I have been very satisfied with them. I think they do a very good job.

They are very good. They charged about $140 for the last service. They are very reliable, on time and do a very good job. Overall, they are excellent. Their price, quality, responsiveness and professionalism are all excellent. I would use their services in the future too.
