Our agent, Vic Jarvis, was the selling agent of our house. He was extremely professional. Our house was on the market for about 4.5 months which is pretty good in this economy. We dropped the price once. I would say we averaged about 2-3 showings a week. In that time, we had 3 offers on our house. They low balled us on the first one. The second one, the buyers got cold feet and backed out at the last minute. Our house went under contract 2 weeks ago and we close on Oct. 7th. I recommend Vic Jarvis and the Keller Williams Reality.

They were very good and I liked them. We looked down for a quick buy because we didn't have time to find a house and buy it. She showed us what was available in our price range. She pushed it through quickly and was very professional. Beth was particularly good and very knowledgeable.
