Property Management
Our condo sat vacant for an extra month because the agent did not use multiple advertising methods, as they said they would. Our unit was not even listed as available for 3 weeks. Even worse, one of my friends called to inquire about units available in the complex, and the agent didn't even mention our unit. When I called the agent to confront her about this, she screamed at me and asked if I wanted to cancel the contract.
