Everything was great....The only problem was that when the guys were installing from the attic, they put a big hole in my kitchen wall....they tried to repair it, but doesn't look good at all. We will have to repair with dry wall most likely...

When we called to schedule or confirm appointments it went to a generic voicemail. We left voicemails but did not hear back (Obvious to us now that it was because we had the wrong number). Please forgive us. Sometimes we make mistakes but we try our best to rectify problems once it becomes known to us. Again, thank you for your honest review and feedback. They were very professional and respectful. They did a very good job getting their 14' ladder into my small room without banging up my walls. They only issue that I have is the fan will wobble at a higher speeds, not really sure if the hanging rod is in the groove.

We submitted a request for service/quote on home advisor on a Sunday night. They called Monday morning at 8:05 and were at our Guyton home before 9am--all without any after hours/emergency fees. They went above and beyond to make our home safe, inside and out. They repaired damage done to the exterior electric panel by another contractor, installed a generator connection, and installed numerous switches and interior/exterior outlets in our 104 y/o home.

chase and Kendal are both great, pleasant and communicate with customers very well. Price is good, but who ever actually wants to have repair spends? Not really in anyone's control. I've already scheduled a return visit for some upgrades to my kitchen lighting

These guy are the best. I'm glad I hired them. They came in upgrade my fuse box up to code and got some of my wall units working that haven't worked in years. They never stopped till they were done. I called on a Tuesday and the work was done the next day! I've called several contractors with absolutely no success. They did a great job at a great price. Very very impressed and will use Joyner Electric and Security for any electrical or security work I need for now on. I wish that I would've called them first.
