Great. The Plumbers were professional. I was impressed with the fact that they wore mask and gloves.

It went well. I called the their office shortly after 8 AM and two plumbers arrived within 2 hours. They immediately recognized the problem and replaced the leaking valve. They wore masks, observed social distancing, and were very professional. (A different plumbing company had come the prior week, stated that I had a slab leak, quoted a price of $450.00 just to bring equipment to diagnose the problem, and then they did not return for the appointment they had made.) John Blitch Plumbing provided wonderful service, and I would certainly recommend them highly. I had never used them before, but I will call them if I ever need a plumber.

They were tenacious in solving the problem, and systematically identified the source of the clog and removed it. They came in $50 above "the simplest case" which this certainly was not. Very pleased. Will certainly call them first with any plumbing needs.

Good job! The men showed up as promised. I had to perform some carpentry work for them as might be expected. The new sink opening did not quite match the previous unit. Also, the pass through door was too small for the new water heater. While other contractors might have left for another day, they worked with me on the timing to resolve these issues. The work was completed that same day!

John Blitch Plumbing was able to come out within a few days, and his two guys were courteous, professional, and got the job done quickly. They also made sure that the area around the work was clean before they left. Will definitely use them again if needed, and have recommended them to several friends.

The work was done well and quickly.

Called them and about one hour later they arrived. Described the problem over the phone. Arrived when they said they would. Quickly repaired / replaced the badly leaking spigot, replaced another that had been causing trouble for some time and repaired the third faucet. Nice guys. A1 service. Thanks so much. Will call them again when the need arises.

I used John Blitch Plumbing.  They're a little over priced.  I used them in 2014.  It was like $150.

We had a line blockage in the kitchen that had been not been fixed properly so we called John Blitch Plumbing. William came to our house, correctly analyzed the problem and made the necessary repairs. William and his assistant, Louis were were very professional and efficient. They were very careful, cleaned up thoroughly and gave us helpful advice and descriptive explanations. I will only use them in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing work.

The master plumber, Ted, showed up on time and things seemed to start off well, but after he had been here for a few minutes he took a few minutes off to go pick up a helper. He assured us that although there would be two plumbers things would go much faster and it would not cost us more. It turned out that the plumber that he was picking up was his son-in-law who normally worked somewhere else, Henry's plumbing I was told, but wanted the extra work that day, and that's when things began to go down hill. Ted put his helper, Matt, about installing the four sink pop-up stoppers. I have had a couple of stoppers replaced before; it took a few minutes. These took Matt approximately two hours. When he had finished, two of them didn't work properly, that is, we discovered later that the stoppers wouldn't close to stop the water from draining out of the sinks. Ted let Matt do some of the work under the kitchen sink. When they left we discovered a leak under the sink. After Ted replaced the old shower head and handle the water flow to our newly installed shower head is weaker than it was. No way to demonstrate that difference, right?
To Blitch's credit, Ted came back that evening to stop the kitchen leak. And another crew came back a couple of days later, the same day we called, and fixed the sink stoppers, so Blitch was quite responsive on follow-up.
There was no work that required more than one plumber, in fact, there was nothing that they both worked on at once, so there was no need that I can see to bring on another less experienced plumber except maybe to help family.
So even after Blitch's responsiveness to problems I am left with a negative opinion about Blitch plumbing.

The crew was amazing! None of the repairs were major, but we couldn't move into a house without working plumbing obviously. They had all the necessary parts on their truck, so they didn't have to leave to before finishing the job. The crew of two guys were knowledgable and friendly, and they were very good at communicating what they were doing and why. And before they left they completely cleaned up after themselves (there was quite a bit of water on one of the floors while they were working, and they mopped it up!). Since this initial job when we moved in, we have called them for other jobs. They have always come out either that day, or the next morning and we have always felt that they have given us a fair price, and explained everything to us. I would without hesitation recommend this company to someone else.

Arrived on time. Completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant and informative.

We were very pleased with his service. He was very competent and really knew what he was doing.

Could have been completed in one day and a lot less. Plumber, when I complained said the materials were 900 not 450 as originally quoted. He promised me a bill of materials with prices. He has not complied as yet. Too a 21/2 hour lunch and 1hour clean up. Could have finished in one day.

I used them for two to three and half years and they are the best. Everybody is expensive but their cost is reasonable as anybody else. They have been on time and they had done good job for us other than the ones we have used in the past.

Very satisfied with final results and cost!! Again, they were super!
