Joel did an excellent job rescreening our outdoor multipurpose room, adding lattice work and grids to protect the screens. Joel is honest and is a man of his word. He listens well and makes sure he knows what is wanted. There were a couple of delays because of unforseen circumstances involving his partner, but once they hit the ground they maintained a good pace and completeled the work in a timely fashion

Joel did what he said he would do, when he said he would.

Joel was excellent. He was first to respond to our request for service. He came over when he said he would to give us an estimate. He called the day before to confirm he would arrive as planned to do the work. Work was very well done. Will definitely use him again.

He was the only one willing to do our small job reasonably. First guy insisted on redoing the entire floor, second person charged a high minimum. Joel had a great idea of how to complete the job easily and inexpensively. Easy to schedule, too.

Joel did a good job for installing our kitchen floors. He had our floor installed two days after we got our floors, very flexible and considerate. And he also did a great job of cleaning up our kitchen floor and garage after he is done. The only problem is that there are some small gaps in between two pieces. But after he put some caulk in there, there are just fine.

Joel did two projects for us. He seemed very nice and did a pretty good job on the first project. The second project was a disaster. We had just remodeled our basement and Joel carelessly banged our new drywall with trim and crown moldings, causing holes and dents in the freshly painted new walls. He cracked our ledge around the room. He had to take the ledge off three times. He mismeasured our door trim, so he could not finish due to the cutting of the pieces (we have 5-3 foot sections left over and we are short one side piece of one door). Finally, just a couple of months after the project, a piece of crown molding fell down. I called and asked Joel to fix it, he became very irate, yelling at me and hanging up on me twice.

Joel was great. Freindly, knew exactly what i wanted. He was very HONEST. He did an excellent job. Will be willing to hire him for my next project if he available. On time, very responsible, cleans up after himself. Would reccommend him to anybody.
