When Larry came out to my house, he told me the noise was coming from the bearings in my motor. He told me it would be best to replace the motor, but if I had some wd-40, he could stop the noise temporarily. He the told my cord connection was not safe. I was told that he could not order the motor unless I paid for it first. I was charged $45 for Larry just to show up, $58.50 for him to spray my wd-40 on the bearings of the dryer motor, $14 for the cord connection piece, $10 for the cord. $90 for the motor, and some tax. I was told by Larry he would call when the motor came. I was told it would take a few days. After about 10 days, I did not hear from Larry, so I tried calling. I got the answering machine, I left a message. A few days went by, I did not hear anything so I called back, same thing, no answer, so I left another message. This went on for about a month and a half. To this day I have never heard from JC appliance repair. This is one company I would discourage anyone from useing, I feel completly violated and taken advantage of.
Description of Work: I called JC appliance repair to fix a squeaking noise my dryer was making.
