Jay was very courteous and prompt. He responded immediately, and did the work quickly, efficiently and effectively. A pleasure to do business with. His price was almost 20% less than identical work done upstairs last year. I am well pleased with the experience. The leak is stopped.

In 5 minutes, he had the overflow fixed. There was no fuss. He was very professional. He told me in advance what his minimum charge was, and that was for an hour's service. He had the stem replaced in under 30 minutes. He fixed some other things in under an hour.
