J&L put me in contact with Nick, their shower enclosure specialist, who came out the next day to assess the problem. He recognized what parts were needed and placed an order for them. He later discovered his supplier's parts may not be identical to those of the OEM and could not guarantee a fit. As it turned out they were virtually identical and the repair was accomplished without difficulty. At all times during the process he kept me informed of his findings and schedule.

Gordy Cox from J & L Glass came out and evaluated the job. Once he determined the new hinges were in stock, he arranged for his son and another worker to come out the next day to install them. Jason and the other guy showed up on time, did a great job, and even replaced some strips of edging that I hadn't considered before. They were fast and thorough, and two weeks later everything is still working perfectly. I highly recommend them.
