The technician is knowledgeable, friendly and listens to you. He was able to assess the damage and draft a letter for my insurance company in the same visit, which was great because there is absolutely NO tv repair in Bluffton or Hilton Head, so the drive down to Savannah was about 40 miles. Great service!
