The inspectors were very friendly unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about them. They had to come out and do a follow-up inspection after the seller realized they missed major things ... Like the fact that their was an electrical sub-panel in the kitchen. Ok, you can miss things except they had inspected this very house the last time it was sold. They also missed a major electrical issue that will cost between $6-9,000 to repair!! The inspection report stated that "some" outlets were open ground and that they checked the GFCI outlets in the bathrooms ... Then how did they miss that the entire house had 3-prong outlets without a single outlet being grounded or that the bathroom outlets only work when the light is turned on!! I would not recommend them at all.
