Terrible. Completely unresponsive. One window will never be able to crank open. Manufacturers rep was at house and said it could be fixed at Home South. Home South has completely stonewalled me on this window for last six months. I bought a $30,000+ Kolbe Nano door. It does not lock securely. For months they have been supposedly getting me the lock mechanism. Home South Architectural people are arrogant. They say they have no manager to escalate to. Update: they mailed me the locks...how am I possible to install locks myself?
