I had to wait a couple of weeks to get service and had about given up but apparently they had called and tried to leave me a message. They didn't give up and kept calling until they were able to reach me. That impressed me. When they finally reached me, it was to tell me that they had a truck only 10 minutes away from my home. He came right on over and was in and out in twenty minutes or so. We plan to remodel the bathroom next year so we were not ready to replace all the faucets. The guy from Holton was able to fix the problem and replace just the handles for us. I was very pleased with his work. Efficient and cost effective. Will definitely use them again.

Very satisfied, was able to come out same day (a Monday) I called. Was there when they said they would be and performed the work quickly and with no issues. Also answered a coup[le of questions I had regarding ongoing preventative maintenance. would recommend to others. Price was on par with others I had contacted.

Was very responsive and timely. Am happy with results, especially considering he had clog under house "explode" in his face.

worker  used the company's wax rings. I responded that the wax rings were provided by me. He said I was calling his worker a liar and I must think he sent Superman for  three toilets to be installed so quickly. I replied that the toilets were installed in 1.5 hours and the worker still had time to replace a faucet within the 2 hours he was there. Then he said it was because I lived so far and had to also pay for the travel, which I find incredible. I finally agreed to pay $270 and ended the call.  I have never been treated with such rudeness. I never raised my voice once!  I am so disappointed in Holton Plumbing for treating a long term customer with such disrespect.

This is the first time I used them. It went well. They were at work when they said they would be at work and they finished when they said they would be finished. Their quality of work was high. I would use them again.

This company is honest and dependable. We have used them for minor plumbing problems when we needed quotes to have a hot water heater replaced and for a simple noisy toilet valve and then again for a major pipe burst. They always sent the same plumber who was familiar with our home. He gave honest answers and quotes even when it did not benefit him to do so. He was the only person who said not to spend the money to replace our ancient hot water heater. It was not leaking and rust free and worked well. It was an eyesore but worked as well as a new one. They respond to our calls and get us on the schedule as quickly as possible. And the technician has always been extremely nice and considerate. The price is fair and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the job to be done correctly and honestly.
