I was going through a divorce and started with a major bank who did not handle the process well and I had to start over.
I contacted Harbor Mortgage and discussed my situation with the divorce and the fact that the home was currently in joint custody. David and his staff offered excellent guidance and drove the approval process through. Other providers were recommending processes which would not have protected me from future liability and may have led to starting over again.
I was able to close the loan in about three weeks which was very important to me financially. They never let the process slide even for a day. They knew what they were doing, offered outstanding advise and were very efficient and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
