First visit..Altho, Mr Coleman recognized right away the factory had sent the wrong part.Mr Coleman and his assistant worked for over an two hours trying to correct the problem...no luck... 2nd visit...Correct parts had arrived, Mr Coleman returned (during the holidays) repaired the faucet..!!!!TWO VISITS...

Went very well. Appeared to have an issue with one toilet seaming clogged but could not clear the source. They removed the toilet from the floor the try and find the source but could not find any source of a blockage, he was running short on time with my scheduled appointment and he scheduled to come back first thing in the morning to finish and they were right on time and finished my repairs. They spent an approximately 4 hrs. on the repairs over the two visits.

Six days after the work, the drain was clogged again, and I learned Coleman does not warrantee his work. I am not happy with Coleman, and he is not happy with me. Four things would have prevented the unpleasantness:

1. 1. Ask how your plumber bills for his time.
2. 2. Ask whether and how long work is warrantied.
3. 3. Write down what time work stops and what time it ends.
4. 4. Ask that the bill be itemized when the work is complete.

Coleman volunteers none of these things, so you have to ask... but I intend to ask the four questions to any plumber, and would suggest (if you don't already) that you do too.

Called yesterday(Apr 22nd) got his voicemail and he returned the call within the hour. He was very courteous and professional and said would not be to make it until today in the morning. Arrived early and fixed the problem by putting in some new parts. Would use Mr Coleman. Very nice man. Will send statement of the cost just in case we need it for the water company.

He came to my daughter's house. He arrived right on time. Looked at what she needed and told her she didn't really need him and she could fix it herself. She just had to adjust the temperature on her water heater. He wouldn't even charge her for stopping by.

HE Coleman did a great job. He is honest, professional and reasonably priced.

He has been my plumber for more than 10 years. He has always been a nice plumber. The last time he came, he replaced a trap under a sink that another plumber couldn't figure out how to. He is reasonably priced and comes when he says he will.

He is top of the line and very professional.

He does real good work. I think he is real good and he charges a good price. I think he is worth it.

I've used them twice in the past year and a half. They are trustworthy. They were clean, thorough and quick in the ex-occasion. I had a good experience. The reason that I liked them and still like them is because it's kind of a one man show, but he's just a very nice person in this community. He'll be the first that I would have in my house anytime and I would not worry about him skipping the house off.

He was on time and in and out in minutes.We have used Mr. Coleman for years and I can't say enough good things about him.He is always prompt,efficient and affordable.

It went wonderful. I got bids from three plumbers, looking for a creative solution to my outdoor watering situation. I did NOT want to install an automatic sprinkling system. Mr. Coleman was the only one to offer a simple, yet effective, solution. He cleaned up after himself, was very polite, showed up when he said he would and did the work he agreed to do for the bidded price. Couldn't have been better. Now, I no longer drag and couple/uncouple long hoses around my yard.
