Excellent! I would highly recommend this fence company.

The Guaranteed Fence team was timely and worked through some rainy weather this January to take down and install our fence. They did a great job installing and customizing a very large gate so that we could pull in our motor home to the back yard. When asked via email if there would be a need to place wheels at the bottom of the gates for support, the email was replied with no, we use a steel post and steel frame to stop sagging and twisting over time.
This is where the problem lies and of course they have already been paid. In July of 2015 there was some bad weather and the gate had swung open and twisted the frame pulling the hinges out of the post. My wife called and the phone was actually answered by Gary and she asked if there was a warranty on the gate since the gate pulled the hinges from the post. The answer was no, which was fine as we would pay the repair cost. She then asked if they could take a look at it to repair. They said they would take a look. We never heard back from them. She has called them 6 times and I have called them 4 times as well as sent emails to them over the course of 3 weeks.
I would at least think this company could've replied they were too busy or at least responded in some manner of communication. I would never use this company again as their customer satisfaction is certainly not GUARANTEED and neither is their product. They probably should think about changing the name of their company.
Update ** The gate was not left open, it never was. 90% of the time it has a padlock on it. The gate was 2 months old. For anyone reading this review, the truth is, we called them to come and look at the gate that had twisted off the hinges. They told us it was not a warranty issue. I was frustrated because the gate was only 2 months old and asked why it had fallen off the hinges when it was that new, especially since I asked about extra support when working with them in the first place, but was told it was 'steel welded and would hold up just fine'. They said they'd come and look at it and then we were hoping we could negotiate the repair costs - frankly even being upset at the quality of the work, I would have paid 100% of the cost to have the gate fixed correctly. It was a safety hazard, unsightly and I paid for a gate on my property so I wanted a working gate, even if it meant that I needed to pay for it myself. A discount for the repair work would have satisfied me. I don't know if they ever came out, but from that point forward I did not ever hear from them again. Seriously, if they had called me back and attempted to work with me on the price of the repairs or at the very least - actually responded, I would not have left such a bad review. When questioned on the work they completed, we received no response at all. And they wonder why a customer is upset?
Fortunately I did find another company who came out and replaced the TWO normal duty hinges for THREE HEAVY WEIGHT hinges on each gate, and installed another drop rod for the gate that did not have one. If both gates had a drop rod in the first place, I doubt if we'd have encountered an issue. I asked about support on the gates from the start. Word to the wise - don't trust someone's response if it doesn't sound correct.

Response from Guaranteed Fence and Concrete
"This review is a part fact and fiction. We did remove and dispose of old fence and replace with new fence and gates. I did inform the customer that the new gate did not need wheels as it was built not to sag. After some months, the customer did inform me that the gate was damaged due to high winds and I informed them that this damage was not a warranty issue. This customer was not and is still not satisfied with this answer. She became rude and abusive with her comments at which time I quit taking her calls. She did leave a voicemail threatening to write a bad review on angie's list because because I refused to repair her gate, which is why you are reading this. Her comment that we had "already been paid" is an attempt to mislead the reader. We were not paid until the work was completed to her satisfaction and after her inspection. We are under no obligation to repair anything that is damaged by weather, the wheel comment is without merit since is was because the large gate was left unlatched that it swung free in high winds and damaged the hinge assembly, and I have no intentions of getting myself or my employees further involved with someone of this temperament. Customers like this try to bully businesses with the help of this service. I give this customer an F for her obnoxious behavior and attempt to bully us into giving her a free repair. Avoid this customer."
