GRO-MASTERS INC

I should have known better, but we always loved the way Memorial Hospital looked. Former employer had problems-lost grass-& constantly had problems (Gro-Masters blamed it on irrigation issues). I was convinced that it wouldn't take long for our grass to "look good." During our service, we had some smaller issues: they left the gate open after a treatment (we have dogs), we requested that we be notified before treatment (to make sure the dogs weren't harmed), & we weren't. We had to call to request our regular service (and were told it "wasn't time yet," but several other clients in our neighborhood were treated). While putting together a calendar we stumbled across photos of the yard before their service & compared them with the current state of the yard. The yard looked HORRIBLE in comparison. My husband requested that I fire them-he insisted that I use that word, which I did. They ruined our front yard. I even forwarded the attached photos to them.
