When I called and left a message for an estimate Bill was responsive and set up a date for the estimate. He was very prompt when he showed up for the appointment. I had several projects I wanted done, however, I couldn't do them all at once due to finances and I advised him of that fact. They are doing work for us in one of my properties down there; condo and one of the owners also owned another unit and they were doing work with them. They are very responsive and very very good. They come to one place twice a month and the other place once a month. They charge $80 per visit.
