Green Clean

It all started with a flyer on our door for environmentally friendly cleaning services. There was a free consultation, so I invited them to do a walk through. They were receptive to our needs and schedule and within 48 hours sent a breakdown of exactly what they would do and the cost. I was impressed. We were not as impressed after the first cleaning, but it wasn't a disaster...just simple things like not picking up the newspapers off of the table to clean it. I spoke to them about it to see if we needed to do a better job of "cleaing up for the cleaners" and we came to a quick and easy agreement as well as a couple of other minor changes. 24 hours before the next cleaning, my son fell ill and they generously rescheduled for the next day at 8am (in writing via email). They never showed again. The voice mail to the phone number that I had was full when I called, emails were not returned and neither were the keys to our house! We had the locks changed and an alarm system put in place so that hopefully the cleaners don't clean us out!
