Initially they showed up every 2 months to fertilized as requested. Then large patches of the lawn died. I spoke twice with them and they promised to take a look but never came, even after subsequent calls. I don't know for sure if their product killed the lawn, but I'm the only lawn on the block with a dead front yard. Irrespective of the cause, they simply didn't follow up when they promised.

They just did not do a thorough job. The owner did not respond when asked for quotes on special jobs.
