We bought furniture from this company in the past and told them so when we contacted the company last week. We made an appointment to have one of the interior designers come to our home to help us pick out furniture. It's a service advertised on their web site. 5 days after first contact and the day the designer was supposed to meet us at our home, she called to say it was necessary for us to go to the store first. During several conversations, this was the first time we were told this although the person has worked for the company 7 years. The claim was that it was a safety issue although the owner of the company, Donna Sapp mentioned several times that it was a "time management" issue. Management of whose time? Certainly not ours.
