After the marketing agreement was established, the sales agent passed away. I was contacted to let me know that the person had died. Since that contact, I have not had any communication from this establishment. The marketing agreement ended sometime in August but Fox Properties did not even contact me to see if I wanted to extend it.
Another real estate firm contacted me and I am working with them.
I doubt I will ever use Fox Properties again and certainly will not recommend them and in fact if the subject comes up, tell others my experience.
