All requests resolved.

Paid way too much for tree removal, 3500, and after cutting off some of the limbs, the tree is still standing. Will probably have to hire someone else to cut down what remains.

They came, looked at the tree and left some figures on the back of a calling card. It was $350 to cut it down, $650 to also haul it away.  I was not here when he came over and he didn't leave any contract.  I ended up using a different company.

Overall I couldn't have found a nicer bunch of hard working guys. The yard was clean, my tree looks great and I would use them again in minute!        Anne Emerson

Got the estimate the same day I called. Owner said he could do it in a few days. He showed up a month later to do the job. He called a couple of times to see if we would still wait and was very appreciative that we waited. When he showed up the first day, he came at 4:30 pm in the afternoon on a weeknight, when everyone is getting home from work. He finished the next day. He let very large branches fall directly onto the roof and claimed that it wouldn't hurt the house or the roof. He left a lot of debris on the roof and I had to coax him to get one of his men to blow it off the roof. The firewood he cut was not cut down enough to fit into my fireplace. So now I have to either buy or rent a chainsaw to cut up these large pieces of wood. He originally gave us an estimate to trim one tree and remove another. All he did was trim one tree and did not remove the other. He gave the estimate to my husband and I was unaware of their understanding. Because my husband wasn't home, I believe he took advantage of me not knowing their terms and he didn't come down in price. I believe he way underbid which is why he didn't do the job as promised. We paid by check and he literally took it directly to the bank and cashed it so we wouldn't have a chance to dispute it. We will never used them again.
