Workers were excellent. The work date kept getting postponed by the office.

I would use them again if needed.

It was great! They came out to the house when they said they would, & gave us a reasonable estimate. It turned out that the job that the crew was working on got rained out, so they came to the house & did our job. It was perfected because we were pressed for time. They were quick & carefull with their equipment. They seemed to be very effiecent & still enjoyed their work. They finished in less than an hour. It was so great to have something that was bugging us for months get taken care in a flash. Elissa was very professional & friendly. She answered the phone when I called, & set up an appoint the next day. I would hire them again for any tree cutting/trimming needs! They also did a great job cleaning up. It was like they were never there.

It went very well. They were able to use a bucket truck from the lot behind us to avoid going through our yard. All the wood was hauled away, and it was done within a day. They trimmed the stump to keep a large bole that my wife wanted to save.

I was impressed with their quality and professionalism. We had a chain link fence where the tree had grown around one of the posts and it was difficult to remove. They returned, got the remainder of the stump and cleaned up everything. They did a great job, would definitely use them again. Fair price compared to other tree service we contacted with superb results.

I was so happy with the informative estimate. As an inexperienced home owner, I was taught what would be best for the property. The employees were fantastic! They made sure that they were trimming just what I wanted. They were super careful when driving through the yard and working around buildings and vegetation. They were respectful and happy to answer my questions.I was so amazed with the great clean up job after all that messy work. It looked much cleaner than before they started. Every stray leaf and twig was raked and disposed of. I used these guys because of the reviews on Angie's List. I couldn't be happier! I check the list first time every time now.

The estimator was prompt and courteous. It was scheduled and performed a few days later. All onsite workers were courteous and a pleasure to have at my home. In talking to the men I found that they have all been employed by this employer for a long time. These are professionals.

I called 3 different tree companies. One never showed up for estimate. Evergreen and the other company were close in their estimates, but I went with Evergreen because they were a little more cautious in their approach. One of the trees I needed removed was close to house, carport and in between cable and power lines. They said they would arrange for power drop with GA Power and wanted us to make sure we marked where septic tanks were. Alyssa called before the date to confirm with us that we had marked septic and that she had arranged power drop and let us know what time. The crew did a great job and checked with me how far back I wanted trees trimmed. They cleaned everything up. They were called for an emergency tree removal, so they couldn't remove tree stump that day, but let me know it would be done shortly. I wasn't home the next day when the tree grinder came. Unfortunately, it was a really tight area between septic and stump so the cover was accidentally broken. The response by Evergreen and also Consolidated Plumbing and Mechanical was excellent and really affirmed my choice in using Evergreen. Before I had even returned home, Alyssa had called Consolidated and they had already dug it up and went to go get a new cover. Alyssa had left me a detailed message and was right on top of the situation I really appreciated how quickly everything was handled and that I didn't have to worry about it being taken care of. I will definitely use them again and have recommended to others.

It was easy to arrange the estimate, the price was fair I thought and on the appointed day three very nice guys came on time and did exactly what we'd agreed for the estimate. I'm very pleased.

On time, quality service.

Had to get tree removed due to poor direct tv reception. They were the cheapest and did a great job. Had to remove a portion of the fence and replaced it with no mess. Cleaned up and were on time. Even made sure the county came Oj the day before.

Overall it was a good experience. My wife thought the price was a bit high for just trimming the two trees, but I would never do it by myself and then haul away all the debris. Which brings me to my only gripe - the tree workers left several medium to small size branches on my property between my house and my neighbor's, which I had to remove myself.

Initial response was quick and they remove a large piece of tree from my driveway so that I could get out.
They told me they would be back the following week (this was a Friday) to remove and cut down the remaining trees.
After 9 days of not hearing from them I called and left a message.
About 11 days after the original call they came back and removed the trees but didn't grind the stump.
I had to call again to confirm that they were coming back to remove the stump.
While performigm the tree removal on of thier employees defecated under one of my neighbors trees and left that mess along with soiled toilet paper on their property.
After a phone call from myself and my neighbor they return to clean up the mess.

Well done and just as they said that they would get the work done.

I called got a quote from Evergreen. The work was scheduled and the crew was there at about the time that was scheduled. The work was great and so was the price. The only minor complaint was that the crew didn't knock on the door to even let us know they were there. They knew what to do, but just a common courtesy to let us know the work was beginning would have been nice. I called Evergreen a few times and everytime someone answered the phone. That was a big plus for me because I hate leaving messages. The gentleman that gave me the quote and the person I talked to on the phone were always pleasant.
