My experience with them has been very good because they always send the same person and he is very knowledgeable. He always calls me before he is coming, asking if I anything I need special attention for.

Mr. Ingraham is a great guy and will take car of you needs. Billing needs to be prearranged with him too.

They are just very nice and trustworthy enough for me to let them in my home; I don't have to follow them around the house. They are just really good. I have not had any problems with them. Whatever they use is really good because I don't see too many bugs anymore. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The exterinator came on time like h said he would he baited and sprayed the entire house inside and out, He was very [professionalthe whole time and told me to give it 10 days if there wa still a problem he would return back and rebait and redo any trouble spots. I called him back two weeks later cause we were still seing roachs in the a cuple areas inside the house. I called snd left a number he returned my call as soon as convenient for him, and rscheduled a time to return to the house and re spray. He returned on time and answered all my questions I ask as was very professional at his job.

I was very pleased with the service and even signed up for a perventative service where he will coe back every three months and spray both the interior and exterior of house for pests.

I just moved into a house that had been vacant for about 6 months. It had a few bug problems so I went to Angie's list for a recommendation. I found this one and read a review of the company and a service person that would come out and spray for bugs. I made the right choice. Ask for John, he has been with them for many years and did exactly what he said he would do. Keep in mind they are owned by Yates Astro, so if your unhappy with Yates service, then you will be given them the money.

I signed a contract with them in February. They come bi-monthly. They spray inside and outside. They call a day ahead to let me know they are coming. The experience has been fine and I am not dissatisfied.

They come every other month. Awhile back we had a little bit of a problem with our service, and they contacted me immediately. They put another technician on the job, and he has been coming ever since. It has been absolutely perfect since he has been coming. John is the man who comes out now. He has been with them for 17-18 years. He is very good, in fact, I even left him a not to let him know how happy I was to have him on the job. He has been very responsive with anything that we have asked. He calls before we come. He leaves the invoice with us. We can pay right then, or we can pay later. I haven't compared their prices with anyones. We had them do our termite protection with a new room that we added, and we were very happy. We have been happy with them ever since. My wife was out in the garden and she ran into a huge number of ants. I called them and they took care of it right away. They have been very responsive. When I have a problem they are immediately responsive. They arrive right on time.
