After waiting quite some time the Dr. came in who had no bedside manner, was extremely gruff as I was a number not a patient. He was there for less than 5 my nites and told me I would have to spend thousands. I left spending $160 and treated myself with homeopathic remedies.

The Dr. he went to prescribed him antibiotics which helped for the first week and a half, but then the fluid began to harden and my DH was in more pain and getting worse.  My husband wanted the Dr. to just slice the infection open and get the infection out and pack it - this has been done before on him 50 yrs previously.  But the Dr. didn't want to do this. Instead he chose to take a needle and try to clear the hole with it and squeeze out the hard infection - talk about painful and a total fail. So he gave my DH more antibiotics and DH got another appointment for the future.
After the infection becoming worse, and harder, and becoming in more and more pain and unable to get in to see the specialist my DH chose to go into one of the Urgent Care places. The Dr. there slices open the infection where tons of it came out, cleaned it thoroughly,  packed it, and did it the next day too. More antibiotics and the wound cleaned up and now he's all okay. He did go back to the specialist who wanted to go back into the wound and clean it out but my DH refused and told him he didn't want to be a 'pin cushion'. My DH was upset because the Dr. wouldn't cut the infection in the first place even when it got hard inside... So yeah, no. My DH would not recommend this Dr unfortunately, because I did find them on Angie's List with great reviews!  For whatever reason this Dr. didn't want to listen to my DH and take his experience into consideration - it seems.

What stood out was their availability. They are good. They are family and they are on time. We've been there a couple of times and they are pretty consistent.

Dr. Zoller's staff is is very caring, professional and attentive.  Dr. Zoller has a very pleasant bedside manner.  He is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in his field.  His examinations are very thorugh and he explains his findings and recommended treatments in simple, easy-to-undertsand terms.  He also allows time for and responds well to questions from the patient.  I highly recommend Dr. Zoller.

I have bad sinus problems so he's tested my hearing and put me on medication to dry out the fluid in my ears.  He's really good.  He tells me what is going on and he explains the process.  He lets me know in advance what he thinks should happen in my care so he's very proactive.  His staff is good.  He's got a large staff.  He's so popular that sometimes it is hard to get in to see him.  I would recommend him to anybody.

Went fine

Very nice people in office. Dr was friendly and explained what he saw. Had to put a wick in my sons ear so the drops would get to the infection. We had to return a week later for follow up appt. Everything went smoothly, in and out. Doctor gave advice on how to prevent reaccurance since my son is in the water 6 days a week for practice.

We've been with him since 1999. The service is excellent. Another doctor recommended him.

Dr. Zoller is very good and top rated. We are very blessed to have a doctor like him. I would rate him overall an A. His staff is okay, some are easier to work with than others.
