+ -1 moreSplitter installation was fine- tho the one hose bib faucet still leaks. Toilet does not rock- but now the shut-off valve is leaking & water cannot be kept on. ( Not sure why that started.) Information on replacement sources for filter system and faucets was helpful. Gave a rough estimate of labor costs to install the filter system once I get it which was helpful.
Description of Work: Tightened toilet flange, replaced customer provided hose bib splitter, tightened well flange & inspected piping condition. Gave recommendations for replacement of well deteriorating piping & old filter system. Stated that dripping outside could not be fixed since piping ran through the raised slab.
