Dynamic Decks LLC

I would NOT recommend anyone to hire these guys!!! They do not know what they are doing. I hired them to do a 10x12 deck build for me and they were hundreds of dollars off on the estimate for materials. I was asked to purchase the decking materials myself and when it came to picking up the decking lumber, these guys showed up to the lumber store in a small car. They claimed they had a small truck, but they both hoped in a small car after they ended up loading my pick-up with half of the lumber and concrete. I didn't see any truck that they would have had. I transported a large majority of the lumber and other materials back to my home. When they finally started work, they set 4 posts, asked for the deposit and left for the day, it was a little later that I realized that the posts were not squared up.. I called Carlos and he didn't seem to understand the concept of squaring something up. He continued to state that it wasn't a 10x10 deck. The next day they came out and we argued for 30 minutes. They kept stating that I changed the design. I never changed what I wanted. I gave them a picture of the deck I wanted built before they ever arrived at my house. They drew the design with the correct measurements but somehow put the pool in their drawing in a different place on their diagram, yet they outlined the stairs on the ground where they should have been and not according to their own drawing. Irregardless, the posts were way off and needed to be removed. I agreed to allow them to fix it and they left to get shovels to dig up the posts. A little while later I realized they took all of the tools out of the yard. I called Carlos, who ignored my call and then called Axel, who answered and informed me they did not intend to come back because he felt the job was worth more money. These guys gave me the estimate and contracted for that amount. Needless to say, they are in breech of contract, but they also never returned my deposit. Do yourselves a favor and don't hire these guys. In my opinion, they are nothing but con-men and thieves. If I could have given them a zero rating, I would have. I'm considering a lawsuit at this point. I also want to point out that it is suspicious that two of their other reviews have identical language and it almost appears that these weren't legitimate reviews.
