David (owner/operator) is a painting contractor who works alone. He is professional, friendly, dependable and easy to communicate with. He was punctual, responsive to phone calls and had lots of suggestions and ideas regarding all the details involved. His estimates of time and cost (very fair and reasonable) were very accurate and any changes/additions were discussed and mutually agreed upon ahead of time so there were no surprises. He did excellent work, detail oriented and cleaned up daily. He took great care of all the shrubs and plants and was very considerate of the pet dogs. It is a large home and the exterior painting involved pressure washing, prepping (caulk and seal lots of nail holes, scrapping and sanding), prime and two coats of paint on the exterior, siding, trim, doors and garage doors. A few days after completion he returned to do all the touchup work. After many painters over the years he is the best and would highly recommend him for any painting project.
