I've been happy with my 2007 Acadia that I bought brand new at Critz GMC back in 2007. So when it was time to trade it in, I went back to Critz where I've had my Acadia serviced the past 6 years. All I can say is I'm so glad I went to Critz. The leadership and personnel at Critz Mercedes Benz were so nice to work with on my trade-in and negotiation for a 2010 Mercedes Benz ML 350 vehicle. The general manager there, Mr. Don Kitchens, provides good leadership and has a good team working with him - Mr. Alex Southard, sales, and Ms. Victoria Nickolson, business manager. The team was willing to stay after hours to complete the negotiation well after closing time on a Friday night and we were able to make a win-win deal happen. :) I'm not one for gushing about car salesmen - but I have bought my last two vehicles at Critz since 2007 and both times have been treated very well by very professional and friendly people. If you're looking for a new or used car, start at Critz in Savannah, Georgia. Tell 'em Jane sent ya! :)
