I was told that a repairman would have to come to my house to give me an estimate (which was free). They asked what time I would like the repairman to call and come by my home and I said after 1:00 pm. the repairman, Ray Davis, called at 1:15 pm and was at my home within fifteen minutes. He gave me an estimate of $150.00 and said it should take two - three hours to complete. He began the replacement at 1:30 pm and completed the work by 5:00 pm. Although, the work took a little bit longer than he thought he did not charge me extra and the opener works.
