I have used this company for over 8 years and have never had a negative incident with them in either my previous or current home. All of their employees are knowledgeable, professional and courteous but most importantly trustworthy. The man that does the pest control on my home has a key to my house so he can do treatments while no one is home and he always calls to let me know which day he will be coming to the house. Even though the builder of my current home used another company for the termite bond, I use Cox for the termite bond on my property as I trust them explicitly with what is my most important investment.
