This company is a Apple service provider. I brought my iPad in for repair. The repair was cover by a Apple warranty. It took Computer Advantage four days to request a return box from Apple. No calls or contact with me about the delay. I became aware when I called Apple on 12/19/13 to check on the return date of my iPad. After a long search by Apple , they informed me that a request was received by them that afternoon for a return box. The iPad had not left Computer Advantage yet. From the 15 to the 19 the iPad sat in their store. Well the iPad was sent on the 20 of December, the senior tech advisor, assigned by Apple, to help me, called on the 24 of December and told me that he personally intervened on my behalf and OK the waive of a $49 fee that was needed for Apple to work on the iPad. Computer Advantage told me that the charge was to be paid at the time of pick up. That was incorrect, the charge is to be paid up front. If it where not for the Apple senior tech intervening I don't know when the iPad would have been returned. To this very day , December 27, I have not received a call from Computer Advantage informing me about the screw up. I am still waiting for the iPad and thanks to great Apple service, I should be getting it by December 31. A 16 day turn around that should have been 10 days and if not for Apple it would have been much longer
