About us
Coastal Wood Design, owned by Stephen J. Cook, specializes in kitchen fabrication, installation, historic windows, mill work as well as furniture, wood turning and custom work. Steve creates his food safe, functional, green designs from Savannah, GA, and creates custom wood counter tops for Multistone in Savannah, GA, is the President of the Low Country Turning Club and has worked in the building trade for over 20 years.

it took about a month, but it was worth the wait. we chose to not have a finish other than tung oil. Steve provided us with tung+citrus oil without the adverse chemical of commercial brands.
we have used the counters for 9 months now, and have many compliments in addition to our own delight.
