We went to Coastal, after Fuller Chevy's Service Dept. broke the seat/memory and seat heater switches in our 2006 Trailblazer during a factory recall repair.
Coastal took a whopping 60 minutes to diagnose and repair most of what Fuller Chevy caused during Fuller's attempt at a warranty safety recall repair. They also ordered he one part that would not accept the programming and in less than 3 days had completed the repairs. Fuller took 2 weeks to deny that they had caused any issues.
The Coastal Service Dept. staff were extremely professional and pleasant. They communicated quickly and I will recommend them to anyone.

I have a Chevrolet Saturn and I have to take it to back to the dealership because it's under warranty. There's nothing that I can do and I have to go back. Saturn sold out and they sent me to a different one and my dealership is in Savannah. I had the warranty problem, but they repaired it without any problems. They gave me a rental on everything. I would use them again in the future. In fact, I will be using them in the next 30 days.
