NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Climatech installed 3 new air conditioning units in my home. They fell through my living room ceiling installing one. They did not want to fix the damage. During a routine service they loosened a pipe and flooded the ceiling. They did not fix the damage. The units have never worked properly. They refuse to address the issues. They are eager to sell but refuse to deal with their poor workmanship. Now they refuse to even come out.

It went very well. They showed up within about 2-1/2 hours of the call. They were straight to the point and they were in and out I think under an hour and a half. They were courteous and they didn't make a mess.

It was great everyone was so understanding and nice. When they smelled the musty moldy smell coming in the house they got here right away to repair it.

I decided on Climatech after makings calls to several providers and asking some very direct questions. The office staff were very knowledgeable  and interested in providing me with accurate information. The first service they performed was upgrading my thermostat to a programmable model that could be controlled remotely via my smart phone they took care of this in two visits. A second visit was necessary because there was a problem with the controller an it needed to be replaced which they did and the total time was less than 24 hours to be up and running. It has performed flawlessly since. The second visit, was for the fall scheduled maintenance . The tech they sent out was through . I have two independent systems. Wow were they detailed. They checked the heat at the vents. They checked the gas fittings for leaks, they cleaned the drain lines for any build up. They checked the filters and the burners. Fast efficient polite... Glad I picked these guys.

The $175 is for a three year maintenance contract. They are always on time, clean up after themselves and always do a good job. I also like that they let me watch their work, so that I can do the job myself next time.

We recently used Climatech when we replaced our heating and cooling system, as well as duct work.  Everything in every respect from start to finish has been excellent.  The estimator was professional and through.  He stood out way above the other estimators that came.  The workers were prompt and courteous.  I would highly recommend their service.  I also hope they stay in business for a long time!

They were courteous and very professional.  They followed through and made sure that we were completely satisfied with their work.  We are very pleased with them.

I had been a customer for years before I realized this company has an unfair commercial policy.When performing regular AC maintenance (usually done in abgout 15') their technicians often find something to be replaced, then they call their commercial manager who comes rather quickly to deliver an (inflated) estimate. A couple times I fell in the trap, but I became suspicious when they offered to replace my 2 thermostats with new basic ones priced at $120 each. I went to Home Depot and found the same for roughly $20. Another time they claimed one on my AC units was to be replaced urgently. I asked for a second opinion and heard ...it could still go years. This is when I fired them. I would NEVER work with this company again.

Everything went according to plan.  We are not disappointed in anything.

They call us and remind us that we need service every 6 months. They are very good.  Our unit does a good job and they do check it and they are very responsive if we need nthem between check ups.

We spent quite a bit of money. Overall it went pretty well. They came in and they were pretty professional. They cleaned up pretty well. They got the work done over a short amount of time. There was a lot of work to be done and they got it done pretty quickly.

Installation was very well done, with the exception that one unit's control was not properly installed, such that the heat pump never came on to heat. Technician later discovered this and fixed it. Major probem was with failure of Climatec to obtain promised rebate from unit manufacutrer (Bryant) of $1,500. After 15 months of being rebuffed by Climatec on this issue, I finally filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, at which time Climatec accepted my long standing offer to settle for 3 years of a free maintenance contract in lieu of the rebate.

Appraisal was not even close to what I was finally charged. Not only was it unfair, it was shoddy and sloppy. I have had to call other companies to take care of cleaning and maintaining the units because I do not trust them or their work. Today, 96 degree temperature and I have yet another problem. I am told that the service charge is going to be $85.00 and a maintenance contract for about $450.00. I am upset for it seems as though no matter what you pay there is always a questlion of honesty.

Puntuality: Over four appointments, they only came on the day of the appointment once, and never made it within the timeframe agreed on. Communication: For two of the appointments, did not communicate that they could not make the time and once, left the appointment to get a part and did not tell me it would take two days to get it. Quality: I expected the maintenance agreement to notify me of problems that would occur with the unit, but still the unit had an electronic part brake, freon leak, the coils covered with dirt and mold growing in the unit. I am replacing the unit today by another company. I now feel that the maintenance agreement was a waste of money. In some other reviews, people have used the word scam. They are certainly suspect. Price: now that I have checked, they are the highest maintenance agreement cost among 4 companies I contacted.
