Though we were not referred by Angie's list I would like to write a review for others who may have or have had a problem with this business. We returned for suture removal after our dogs neutering surgery. While there his leg was cut and took 6+ staples. Though the accident happened in the early a.m. We were not notified and were put off all day until 5pm after we sat for an hour when all the other patients had left. We were told it was only a scratch(remember 6+ staples.) We had to take him to a specialist in Charleston for therapy and the vets office where it happened agreed to pay 1/2 of the bill. There are still problems with the leg but the vet refuses to take responsibility. He had his office personnel do some laser therapy sessions, but only one of them was actually doing it right. The office personnel have said a vet that had left their practice a month before the accident was responsible. In fact they insisted until I called the man and he convinced me he wasn't even there at the time. Then I was told an assistant was responsible. Then I was told the owner of the practice was responsible.. When we picked our dog up that day the vet said he wasn't even there when the accident happened and that "they" had handled the sutures and bandage so he hadn't even seen the "scratch". I have pictures taken 10 days after the accident when the bandage was removed. It was a deep cut, raw and red. This office has been rude and refuses to take responsibility for what happened on their watch. And not once after the accident has the vet looked at the leg, taken an x-Ray, or offered any advice. His last words to us was "I'm done with this. We've given you free therapy, it's as good as it's going to get and I'm done with it" at that he walked off.

They're outstanding. We've been with them for a number of years. We have six cats. So we use them plenty. We use them all the time. We have a lot of contact with our vet. I get billed for on a monthly basis. They do both veterinarian service and grooming. I've never studied their prices. I just don't think that they're unreasonable. He calls us at home personally, on a weekend, if necessary. He is always there when he says he is going to be there. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Gall. He is a pro. He cares deeply about the animals and is compassionate and wonderful. Animals have a very important place in our lives and we care how they're treated. We are very discriminating about that.

Dr. Gall is always thorough and professional and gives the dog and the owner the utmost attention! We have taken our pups to him for years and consider him one of the best vets that we've ever dealt with for healthy and ill dogs. He is compassionate yet practical with his advice and treatment.

We are new to the area and so I decided to research vet's and animal boarding and grooming for our family.
Bo our Harlequin Macaw needs special attention with clipping his wings and nails along with the super destructive beak.
I started my research on june the 2nd, found this animal hospital, called and was promptly schedule for an early morning the next day.
WOW.... very fast, very professional and I was given a quote and a description of service so I knew what to expect, right over the phone and that's exactly what I paid. The office was clean, easy to find and the staff was friendly and very well trained. I feel Bo is in good hands there and this will be our go to place for him. The Dr. handled Bo without ANY problem and that at times is no easy task. They clipped a bit more wing than I would have liked to and am used to ( as In ca they only clipped the outside feathers and just about half way down) but if it keeps him safe and from flying across the fence then I can live with it. The wait was about 20 min after arrival so only a B. If I had been in a hurry which you are usually not down here it may have been a drawback. Otherwise I could not be happier with the service and having found this place. BTW the Dr saw plenty of four legged friends that as well and all seemed very happy and tail waggy :-)
Oh, i also was given more information about my pet in a great little binder and a sample of what i call bird fast food.
Nice touch and Bo loved the yumyums....
