Told me they changed my oil and when the light stayed on I went back and it turned out they didn't and charged me. Very Rude Service.

We had a recall notice on our vehicle and had taken it in to be fixed. They were professional and really nice and since it was a recall I wasn't charged anything for that particular repair. They did all the work that I had asked them to do. They did offer a few expensive options and I didn't feel overly pressured but they wanted to do something that cleans out the carbons that builds up in your vehicle but my vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it and thought maybe this was not really necessary at this point. Overall my experience was pretty good and no real complaints about them.

The experience went very, very well. I got a good price on the trade in and I got a good price on the new car. It is a good place to go without any pressure. They delivered on what they said they deliver on. The place was good and they delivered the car. They didn't grab me by the arm as I was walking out so it was a pretty seamless transaction. I haven't had any problems so far and I guess I go back in about 60 days to get the oil changed. I went there because I had taken my other vehicle for service 2 years ago.

The visit went well. The staff was very efficient and prompt; they dispayed genuine concern for customer and did everything to make my experience very pleasant

We have taking our car there for a while, so they have all the records of what they have done to it before. They predict what we will probably need to do down the line. They are very courteous and informative.

Terrible!

We have been using them for the past 25 years. They are just excellent. They are very responsive and get us in right away when we need work done. Their customer service is excellent in terms of reaching and treating their customers.
